The posting

Realizar inspeções de segurança em áreas de alto fluxo operacional, como docas, câmaras frias, picking, expedição e recebimento.

Acompanhar atividades de movimentação de cargas, operações com empilhadeiras, paleteiras, transpaleteiras e equipamentos de elevação.

Controlar, revisar e acompanhar PGR, LTCAT, APR, PTs, fichas de EPI, laudos e relatórios exigidos pela legislação.

Monitorar condições de segurança em câmaras frias e áreas refrigeradas, garantindo procedimentos adequados de acesso, EPIs específicos e prevenção de riscos térmicos.

Realizar treinamentos obrigatórios (integração, NR-11, NR-12, NR-35, brigada de incêndio, ergonomia, uso de EPIs etc.). Investigar acidentes e quase acidentes, elaborar relatórios e propor melhorias práticas para prevenção.

Acompanhar e orientar equipes terceirizadas (transportadoras, higienização, manutenção) quanto às normas de segurança e acesso às áreas.

Gerenciar estoque, entrega, controle, manutenção e uso correto de EPIs e EPCs.

Apoiar auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações dos órgãos competentes.

Controlar e monitorar checklists operacionais de segurança (docas, empilhadeiras, extintores, rotas de fuga, hidrantes, alarmes etc.).

Promover ações de conscientização de cultura de segurança comportamental.

Apoiar as atividades da CIPA e organização da SIPAT.

Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo no MTE.

Desejável experiência em centros de distribuição, logística, varejo ou indústria alimentícia.

Competências Comportamentais

Boa comunicação e didática (contato direto com equipes operacionais). Capacidade de orientar, cobrar e influenciar comportamentos seguros. Proatividade e atenção a detalhes. Organização e disciplina com documentos legais. Tomada de decisão rápida em situações de risco. Trabalho em equipe e empatia com colaboradores de diversas áreas.
