Hou jij graag het overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op wieltjes loopt?Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de transport- en logistieke sector in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Logistics Officer die houdt van afwisseling en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar transport, magazijnbeheer en logistieke dienstverlening dagelijks samenkomen. Achter elke vlotte levering schuilt een sterke administratieve opvolging. En precies daar maak jij het verschil!Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Logistics Officer zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van logistieke gegevens in het interne Warehouse Management System en houd je administratieve bestanden up-to-date
  • Je volgt orders, levertermijnen en transporten nauwgezet op en onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en logistieke partners
  • Het onthaal van chauffeurs en de ondersteuning van het magazijn behoren tot jouw dagelijkse taken, waarbij je pickingorders doorgeeft en prioriteiten helpt bewaken
  • Ook de facturatie en factuurcontrole neem je voor jouw rekening, samen met het verwerken, registreren en klasseren van logistieke documenten
  • Samen met jouw collega's denk je mee over efficiëntere werkprocessen en ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking waar nodig
  • Je beschikt over ervaring binnen de logistieke sector en begrijpt hoe magazijnactiviteiten, transport en administratie op elkaar aansluiten
  • Dankzij jouw logistieke kennis kan je verschillende taken combineren, prioriteiten stellen en deadlines bewaken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met logistieke beheersystemen en verwerkt gegevens, facturen en documenten met oog voor detail
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels en behoudt dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid het overzicht
