Wil jij als Supply Chain Manager een sleutelrol opnemen binnen een sterk uitgebouwde productieomgeving?Voor een gevestigde onderneming in regio Roeselare zoeken we een Supply Chain Manager die graag het overzicht bewaart en tegelijk dicht bij de dagelijkse werking staat. Deze organisatie is actief binnen de industriële sector en hecht veel belang aan efficiënte processen, kwalitatieve dienstverlening en een betrouwbare samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen.Als Supply Chain Manager krijg je de kans om een belangrijke operationele afdeling verder uit te bouwen. Je combineert leidinggeven met procesverbetering en hebt een rechtstreekse impact op de dagelijkse werking. Een verantwoordelijke functie met autonomie, korte beslissingslijnen en ruimte voor initiatief.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Supply Chain Manager neem je de leiding over verschillende teams binnen planning, materiaalbeheer, interne verkoop en logistiek, waarbij je zowel arbeiders als bedienden aanstuurt
  • De volledige supply chain werking valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid en je zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen productie, voorraadbeheer en leveringen
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en voorraadniveaus en grijpt tijdig in bij operationele knelpunten
  • Door interne processen en goederenstromen kritisch te analyseren, realiseer je verbeteringen op het vlak van efficiëntie, samenwerking en leverbetrouwbaarheid
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor verschillende afdelingen ondersteun je jouw teams bij dagelijkse uitdagingen en volg je belangrijke operationele KPI's nauwgezet op
  • Een relevante achtergrond binnen Supply Chain, Logistiek of Productieplanning vormt een goede basis voor deze functie
  • Je beschikt over meer dan 5 jaar ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en hebt ervaring met het aansturen van zowel arbeiders als bedienden
  • Kennis van SAP, bij voorkeur binnen MRP, productieplanning en magazijnbeheer, is een belangrijke troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en combineert een hands-on aanpak met besluitvaardigheid, assertiviteit en sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden
