Voor een internationale en sterk gevestigde productieorganisatie in de regio Roeselarezoeken we een ervaren Supply Chain Manager die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en processen naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische industriële omgeving waar productieplanning, voorraadbeheer en logistiek nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren.

Als Supply Chain Manager ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de verschillende afdelingen en zorg je ervoor dat mensen, middelen en processen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je coördineert en optimaliseert de volledige supply chain, van materiaalbeschikbaarheid en productieplanning tot voorraadbeheer en logistieke opvolging.
  • Je stuurt de betrokken medewerkers aan, coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bewaakt de productie- en capaciteitsplanning en stemt deze af op de klantenvraag, beschikbare middelen en operationele doelstellingen.
  • Je analyseert voorraadniveaus, leverbetrouwbaarheid en logistieke prestaties en vertaalt verbeterpunten naar concrete acties.
  • Je ontwikkelt en volgt KPI's en rapporteringen op om kosten, efficiëntie en levertermijnen structureel te verbeteren.
  • Je initieert procesoptimalisaties en digitaliseringsprojecten en werkt nauw samen met productie, aankoop en management om de supply chain verder te professionaliseren.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur binnen supply chain, logistiek, bedrijfskunde of een technische richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen supply chain management, productieplanning of logistiek, bij voorkeur in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers en weet mensen mee te krijgen in veranderingen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch inzicht en bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen, voorraadbeheer en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je combineert een strategische visie met een hands-on mentaliteit en communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen.
