Pay: $22.50/hr to $29.25/hr (depending on experience) - plus $1.50/hr shift differential Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm - with overtime as needed Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: full-time, permanent, eligible for benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, Prorated paid time off, Holiday pay, Employee Assistance Program Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Daily Pay Available! Internship Goals:

Conduct PM of facility and equipment to identify potential problems Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for compliance and operational improvement

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and foster a culture of safety within the team Oversee vendor relationships, work orders, and quality Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

What You Bring:

2+ years of proven experience in a facilities maintenance position, within a distribution environment - required Prior knowledge of electrical systems, compressor systems, conveyor systems and components, packing systems, Shanklin wrappers, and dock equipment - required

Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
