Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • Đảm bảo lượng tài xế hoạt động ổn định, triển khai các chương trình quảng bá và tối ưu hóa sử dụng phương tiện.
  • Trực tiếp hướng dẫn đối tác tài xế nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng, bảo đảm tuân thủ đúng các quy trình (SOP) và cam kết chất lượng (SLA).
  • Dán nhãn logo Lalamove lên các phương tiện xe tải của đối tác tài xế và đảm bảo các nhãn được dán theo tiêu chuẩn của từng loại xe tải.
  • Đề xuất các ý tưởng cải tiến nhằm đơn giản hóa và tinh gọn các tác vụ vận hành hàng ngày.
  • Hỗ trợ xem xét các quy trình tiêu chuẩn hiện tại của bộ phận Vận hành.
  • Vượt qua các mục tiêu cá nhân và mục tiêu của đội Vận hành Tài xế.
  • Khác: Thực hiện các công việc/dự án đặc biệt theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp.
