La Manufacture RH recrute pour son client, enseigne iconique de restauration rapide à Challans et dans sa région, son futur Directeur Adjoint ou sa future Directrice Adjointe de restaurant.

Contrat en CDI – Statut Cadre – Rémunération brut annuel de 36K€ – un week-end (samedi et dimanche) toutes les cinq semaines - Repas offert - Mutuelle prise en charge à 100%

Poste basé en priorité à Challans, avec d’autres localisations possibles selon votre lieu d’habitation et les opportunités à venir : Pornic, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie ou Saint-Brevin-les-Pins.

Intégrer l’enseigne, c’est se donner les moyens de rejoindre le leader dans son domaine et une véritable école en matière de Management, de formation et de process opérationnels.

En tant qu’Ambassadeur de la marque, vous êtes en charge de la satisfaction des clients et du respect de la culture de service de l’enseigne.

Vous êtes garant(e) de la gestion opérationnelle du restaurant et secondez le Directeur ou la Directrice dans ses missions au quotidien.

Vous animez, managez et encadrez les équipes afin de garantir un haut niveau de sécurité des biens et des personnes, ainsi que de qualité, de propreté, de service et d’accueil.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous aurez notamment pour missions de :

  • Manager l’équipe ainsi que l’organisation du restaurant, comprenant 60 collaborateurs
  • Seconder le Directeur ou la Directrice dans la supervision de l’équipe d’encadrement
  • Participer au recrutement, analyser les besoins, suivre l’intégration et la formation des équipes
  • Assurer le respect des règles de sécurité alimentaire, contrôler les coûts et veiller au respect des procédures de production
  • Veiller à la qualité de l’expérience client et du service
  • Participer à l’élaboration du budget et analyser le compte de résultat en binôme avec la Direction
  • Suivre les interventions techniques au sein du restaurant afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement du matériel
  • Garantir le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
