Nous recrutons la/le futur(e) Directeur(trice) des Ressources Humaines pour notre client, une franchise de plusieurs restaurants dans la restauration rapide. Le Groupe compte 6 restaurants pour environ 300 salariés.

📍 Poste basé à Haguenau – CDI – Statut Cadre – Salaire fixe annuel brut : 50K€ + Voiture de fonction.

Dans le cadre de cette création de poste, votre rôle consiste à structurer, gérer et piloter l’ensemble des thématiques RH sur le périmètre, en lien direct avec la Direction. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles et accompagnerez au quotidien les managers dans leurs enjeux RH.

Vos principales missions :

  • Définir et mettre en place les politiques RH de la structure.
  • Accompagner les Superviseurs et Directeurs dans l’amélioration de leurs pratiques RH.
  • Contribuer à maintenir un climat et un dialogue social de qualité (et accompagner les IRP si besoin).
  • Piloter la gestion et le développement des compétences, notamment via la politique de formation.
  • Optimiser les process recrutement et garantir une bonne intégration des équipes.
  • Conseiller la Direction et les managers sur tous les sujets RH.
  • Coordonner les procédures disciplinaires et gérer les situations sensibles.
  • Suivre les indicateurs RH clés (turnover, absentéisme, climat social).
  • Être acteur des projets de transformation et d’évolution du Groupe.
  • Superviser la gestion de la paie (externalisée).

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en tant que RH généraliste.
  • Connaissance des problématiques de turnover et d’absentéisme, idéalement dans des environnements à forte intensité opérationnelle (restauration, retail, multi-sites).
  • Capacité à structurer, formaliser et faire évoluer des process RH.
  • Excellent relationnel, sens du service, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Force de proposition, curiosité et envie de construire.
  • Dynamisme, enthousiasme, transparence et écoute sont vos moteurs au quotidien.
