LANCH baut eine der spannendsten Food-Plattformen Europas – und unsere Partnerrestaurants sind das Herzstück davon. Als Partner Success Manager sorgst Du dafür, dass sie reibungslos laufen, schnell Hilfe bekommen und langfristig erfolgreich sind. Du bist nicht einfach "Support". Du bist die Stimme des Partners nach innen und die Stimme von LANCH nach außen. Lösungsorientiert, datenaffin, mit Startup-Speed. Wo: Berlin (bürobasiert), Remote-Kommunikation mit Partnern Start: ASAP

Deine Aufgaben:

Erster Ansprechpartner für Dein Partnerportfolio Du kümmerst Dich um alle eingehenden Anfragen Deiner Partner – von operativen Fragen bis hin zu technischen Problemen. Du priorisierst, koordinierst und löst – und kommunizierst klar über Status und nächste Schritte. Interne Koordination Du arbeitest eng mit Ops, Tech und Sales zusammen, um Partnerprobleme schnell und nachhaltig zu lösen. Du bist der Klebstoff zwischen Partner und internen Teams. KPI-Überblick Du hast die wichtigsten Kennzahlen Deines Portfolios im Blick (Ratings, Availability, Stornorate) und weißt, wann ein Partner besondere Aufmerksamkeit braucht – auch bevor er sich meldet. Support-Infrastruktur mitaufbauen FAQs, Eskalationsprozesse, Kommunikationsvorlagen – Du hilfst dabei, die Support-Strukturen so aufzubauen, dass sie skalieren. AI-Tools nutzt Du dabei aktiv als Produktivitätsmultiplikator. Aktionen & Ad-hoc-Support Bei Launches, Kampagnen und kurzfristigen Anforderungen bist Du da und packst mit an. Startup-Alltag eben – und Du liebst genau das.

About you

  • Background in Business, Management, Hospitality oder Gastronomie – oder einfach: Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kund:innen
  • Klare, empathische Kommunikation – auch wenn's mal stressig wird
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (B2B-Kontext), Englisch von Vorteil
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten: Du verlierst auch bei vielen offenen Anfragen nicht den Überblick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (CRM, Sheets, Ticketing-Systeme)
  • AI als tägliches Arbeitsmittel – oder echtes Interesse, das zu entwickeln
  • Nice to have: Grundkenntnisse in Datenanalyse oder SQL
