Job Description

The role you’ll play

As our Sales Operations Manager, you’ll focus on implementing changes across our Sales organisation and ensuring that new initiatives are adopted in practice. We have new ideas and visions in abundance; however, we need your experience and drive to fulfil their potential and ensure the changes become part of our everyday ways of working.

You’ll work on initiatives that support our Business Development (BD) and Account Management (AM) teams, helping us improve the adoption of sales methodologies, standardise sales presentations, introduce new products and services, and establish a common training baseline.

Shared across the three teams is a deep interest for both our industry, best practice sales methodology, and how we can do more with AI.

If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…

  • Ensure we keep having transparent and clear sales methodologies, even with a constantly changing environment of new product launches and AI-tools
  • Further improve sales performance and sales analytics via. leveraging HubSpot features
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of new ways of working – for example an AI-tool for RFP completion, updated sales presentation, or demos of our new products
  • Be both inspiring and firm with your colleagues – change can be hard, and we are both supporting and demanding of our colleagues

In one year, you’ll know you were successful if…

  • Our sales colleagues clearly know when and how to use which processes and tools to sell
  • We can quickly and efficiently launch new products and services
  • You are recognised as a sales process expert by your colleagues

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
