Estamos buscando un/a Implementations Analyst Jr. para que desempeñe un rol en la configuración en la plataforma de nuestros clientes.

Tu responsabilidad principal será liderar y acompañar la implementación de nuevos clientes, asegurando una experiencia fluida, consultiva y eficiente desde la primera reunión hasta el lanzamiento operativo. Deberás garantizar que cada etapa del proceso se ejecute correctamente, alineando las necesidades del cliente con nuestras capacidades técnicas y de producto, y asegurando la escalabilidad del proceso.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la primera reunión con cada cliente (inicio del proyecto) para comprender sus necesidades y alinear expectativas.
  • Presentar una propuesta funcional adaptada a cada cliente, basada en el entendimiento del negocio.
  • Redactar y enviar un resumen con acuerdos, tareas y fechas clave tras cada reunión inicial.
  • Acompañar proactivamente todo el proceso de implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos clave: inicio, configuración, revisión y lanzamiento.
  • Dar seguimiento al progreso de cada proyecto mediante herramientas de gestión interna.
  • Coordinar y/o ejecutar las configuraciones necesarias según lo acordado con el cliente (usuarios, dashboards, alertas, integraciones, etc.).
  • Crear y dar seguimiento a solicitudes dirigidas a soporte, tecnología o data, según corresponda.
  • Verificar que las configuraciones técnicas e integraciones estén correctamente ejecutadas antes del lanzamiento.
  • Ser el nexo entre el cliente y los equipos internos para resolver necesidades específicas de integración o ajustes técnicos.
  • Asesorar al cliente proponiendo estructuras y funcionalidades adecuadas a su contexto y objetivos.
  • Actuar como puente entre el cliente y el equipo de producto para alinear necesidades y posibles mejoras.
  • Realizar una revisión final de todos los aspectos configurados antes del lanzamiento operativo, asegurando que todo esté listo y validado por todas las partes involucradas.

Requisitos para el rol

  • Es un rol junior, por lo cual no es requerida una amplia experiencia, incluso puedes no tener experiencia en absoluto en esto. Ahora bien, si cuentas con alguna de estas experiencias sumas algunos puntos:(Deseable) Experiencia en roles similares de implementación, onboarding o gestión de proyectos. (Deseable) Conocimientos técnicos básicos/intermedios en integraciones, herramientas de gestión, etc.
  • Inglés Intermedio (Deseable)
  • Capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos a la vez sin perder el foco en los detalles.
  • Perfil organizado, proactivo y con buenas habilidades de comunicación.
