  • Initiate and follow up on research and development as well as the technical pipeline development
  • Create and maintain technical art documentation to support tools, workflows, and processes.

  • Experienced in shader development with a strong understanding of the Physically Based Rendering (PBR) pipeline.
  • A solid understanding of a digital art content creation pipeline (high and low-poly modelling, unwrapping, baking, texturing, level building).
  • Team oriented and a strong desire for collaborative participation in a team-based pipeline across different geographic locations.

NIce to have

  • A good understanding of HLSL.
  • Experience with Maya, Houdini, Substance Designer and Painter.
  • Knowledgeable on the latest advances in (procedural) content creation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
