ASSISTENTE DE TRANSPORTE

REQUISITOS DA VAGA:

-Ensino Superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

-Desejável Pós Graduação ou especializações em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

-Experiência anterior na área de transportes, logística ou similares.

-Conhecimento em legislação de transportes e documentação fiscal (CTe, MDF-e).

-Habilidade em negociação e gestão de fornecedores.

-Conhecimento no Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Realizar ou supervisionar o processo de cubagem das cargas para otimizar o aproveitamento do espaço nos veículos e calcular o peso cubado para a correta cotação de frete.

• Pesquisar, negociar e contratar serviços de frete com transportadoras, buscando as melhores condições de custo, prazo e qualidade.

• Definir, monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho da área de transportes, como pontualidade nas entregas, custos de frete por unidade, avarias, entre outros, propondo ações de melhoria contínua.

• Manter e atualizar o cadastro de transportadoras, avaliando sua capacidade, documentação, regularidade fiscal e qualidade dos serviços prestados.

• Organizar e manter arquivados todos os documentos pertinentes às operações de transporte, como notas fiscais, conhecimentos de transporte (CTEs), comprovantes de entrega, entre outros.

• Identificar, qualificar e desenvolver novas transportadoras, bem como gerenciar o relacionamento com as parceiras existentes, visando a melhoria contínua dos serviços.

• Realizar a conferência e classificação das faturas de frete para o correto processamento de pagamento.

• Verificar a exatidão das informações contidas nos Conhecimentos de Transporte Eletrônico emitidos, assegurando a conformidade fiscal e contratual.

• Seguir as normas de segurança do trabalho, utilizando os EPIs corretamente e cumprindo os procedimentos de segurança estabelecidos.

• Garantir o cumprimento do Código de Conduta, Manual do Colaborador e as regras boas práticas.

• Contribuir para um ambiente respeitoso e harmonioso, agindo de acordo com os valores éticos e morais do ambiente de trabalho.
