We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative – Legal Intake to join our client’s team:

100% Remote Salary: $1,000 USD Based in LATAM – Collaborating with teams in the USA (PST) Full-Time Contractor Role

About the Client

Our client is a U.S.-based law firm serving individuals and businesses across multiple areas of law. They are looking for a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to manage inbound calls, qualify potential clients, and ensure each inquiry is handled quickly and accurately.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients promptly and professionally.
  • Handle approximately 20–30 inbound calls per day, including periods of higher call volume.
  • Conduct initial intake and gather relevant information from prospective clients.
  • Ask the right questions to understand each caller’s situation and determine the appropriate practice area.
  • Qualify potential leads based on established guidelines and internal criteria.
  • Move qualified leads forward in the intake and client sign-up process when appropriate.
  • Follow internal procedures and attorney instructions accurately.
  • Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate team member or practice area.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and confident tone when speaking with prospective clients.
  • Use CallRail and other internal tools to manage and track incoming calls and leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, call center, intake, or client-facing roles for senior-level candidates.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal intake environment is highly preferred.
  • Junior profiles with approximately 1+ year of relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Fluent, professional English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to ask effective follow-up questions.
  • Ability to understand different types of inquiries and follow qualification guidelines.
  • Comfortable handling multiple calls and switching quickly between different client situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
  • Experience with CallRail or similar call-tracking/CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional environment for handling client calls.
