We’re on the lookout for a talented Technical Customer Support Representative to join our client’s team:

100% Remote Salary in USD Based in LATAM – Collaborating with teams in the USA (EST) Full-Time Contractor Role

About the Client Our client is a growing U.S.-based company specializing in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and delivery of high-end wellness and recreational environments. Their projects include custom pools, spas, saunas, steam rooms, and other specialty spaces for hospitality, commercial, and residential clients.

Having evolved from a product distributor to a manufacturer, the company delivers large-scale installations for enterprise clients, including renowned brands such as Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf Astoria. Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders, they provide innovative solutions with a strong focus on quality, technical excellence, and exceptional client service.

About the Role We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

This role serves as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, project teams, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms.

* Assist clients with technical questions regarding products, systems, installations, and project status.

* Coordinate with project managers, designers, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.

* Track and document customer interactions and support requests.

* Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of concerns.

* Assist with project documentation and customer communications.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Experience in customer support, technical support, project coordination, or related roles.

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Comfortable working with technical documentation and project information.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or project management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, wellness, manufacturing, or related industries.

* Experience supporting U.S.-based customers.

* Ability to understand technical drawings and construction terminology.
