Deine Aufgaben

In dir finden wir eine:n Teammotivator:in mit viel Freude an Kommunikation und Organisation von Prozessen. Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung aller operativen Themen für unseren Teufel Brandstore in Wien. In enger Abstimmung mit dem Store Manager kümmerst du dich von A bis Z um alle lokalen und operativen Themen des Stores und gewährleistest so einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller täglichen Aktivitäten.

  • Du führst erstklassige Beratungen mit unserer Kundschaft und Besucher:innen und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kolleg:innen sowie interne und externe Partner:innen
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung in allen Aufgabenbereichen für den Store bei Abwesenheit des Store Managers
  • Du informierst das Team über alle notwendigen Tagesaufgaben und hältst diese nach
  • Du überwachst die Umsetzung aller anfallenden Themen wie POS-Marketing, tägliche To Do’s sowie die Personalaufstellung
  • Du stellst eine optimale Warenverfügbarkeit und Warenpräsentation sowie die Anschaulichkeit des Stores sicher

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Retail-Erfahrung mit Personalverantwortung, vorzugsweise aus der Elektronik- oder Unterhaltungsbranche
  • In dir finden wir eine charismatische und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die Retail lebt
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, das auch spontanen Problemstellungen souverän und lösungsorientiert begegnet
  • Du entwickelst dein Team durch einen situativen Führungsstil und gibst lobendes / korrektives Feedback gleichermaßen
  • Du kannst auf Deutsch überzeugend kommunizieren und verfügst auch über gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine Affinität zu HiFi-Audio-Produkten oder zu Unterhaltungselektronik ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Diese Position ist in Vollzeit mit 38,5 Stunden pro Woche zu besetzen. Wir bieten ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab 2.650€. Die Einstufung erfolgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag (Beschäftigungsgruppe E). Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
