Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PM Shift Hillview Health Care Center is seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. What You’ll Do As a vital member of our nursing team, you will:• Provide high‑quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act• Observe residents, document care, and report changes in condition• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans• Support training and orientation for new staff• Ensure a safe environment for residents and staff• Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and person‑centered care principles• Create a positive, respectful, and compassionate experience for residents, families, and colleagues Leadership Behaviors We Value We are looking for LPNs who:• Act with integrity, honesty, and respect• Set goals, drive results, and hold themselves accountable• Foster teamwork and help others grow• Communicate effectively and build meaningful relationships• Adapt to change with resilience and critical thinking• Engage with and serve the community• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and professionalism Physical Demands This role includes standing, talking, walking, and frequent movement; occasional lifting up to 60 lbs to assist residents; and use of nursing equipment.
