Onze opdrachtgever is een vooruitstrevende en gekende Consultancy-speler. In plaats van een anonieme, kille prestatiecultuur kiest deze speler bewust voor een toegankelijke, warme omgeving waarin vertrouwen, flexibiliteit en werkplezier het fundament vormen. Kennis wordt er intensief gedeeld: je komt terecht in een hecht team van ervaren vakgenoten en specialisten die elkaar versterken en graag hun expertise overbrengen.

Als Medior Accountant stap je via afwisselende projecten binnen bij uiteenlopende organisaties. Dit geeft je de unieke kans om alle facetten van het financiële spectrum in de praktijk grondig te leren kennen. Waar je bij de ene klant het fundament versterkt door de operationele keten (AP/AR) te stroomlijnen of een volledige A-Z cyclus overneemt, draai je bij een volgend project mee in maandafsluitingen of proef je van analytische vraagstukken en Controlling-trajecten. Door die continue variatie in werkomgevingen, systemen en functieniveaus bouw je in korte tijd een indrukwekkende brede vakkennis op en ontdek je precies waar jouw sterktes en passies liggen. Een ideale springplank voor een leergierige cijferprofessional die door inhoudelijke diversiteit wil doorgroeien!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Medior Accountant:

  • Verlenen van financieel advies om klanten verder te helpen groeien;
  • Beheren van de dagelijkse boekhouding en ervoor zorgen dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt;
  • Uitbouwen van een analytische boekhouding, afgestemd op de noden van de klant;
  • Tijdig indienen van belastingaangiftes, volledig en nauwkeurig;
  • Opmaken van financiële rapportages, inclusief jaarrekeningen en jaarverslagen;
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van het debiteurenbeheer, om een vlotte cashflow te garanderen;
  • Blijven volgen van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector, om klanten strategisch te adviseren.

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelor Accountancy/Fiscaliteit behaald en enkele jaren ervaring achter de rug;
  • Naast jouw boekhoudkundige kennis, ben jij communicatief sterk en kan je klantgericht denken;
  • Je bent leergierig en kan je snel aanpassen in een nieuwe omgeving.
