The posting

Voor een groeiende speler in de regio Herent zijn we op zoek naar een medior accountant om het team te vervolledigen. Heb je al enkele jaren ervaring binnen de operationele boekhouding en wil je graag bijleren binnen de General Ledger boekhouding? Dan zit je hier op jouw plek! Je komt terecht in een warm team waar kennis delen, elkaar ondersteunen en samen resultaten behalen centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging

Je maakt deel uit van het 5-koppige boekhoudteam en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de hoofdboekhouder. Je zal je voornamelijk bezighouden met de operationele ondersteuning van verschillende entiteiten, maar zal ook stapsgewijs meer taken opnemen:

  • Verwerken van de inkomende en uitgaande facturen
  • Dagelijkse verwerking van de banken en klaarzetten van betalingen
  • Opvolgen van openstaande betalingen en bij wanbetaling versturen van rappels
  • Opstellen van creditnota's en onkostennota's verwerken
  • Contact voor klanten en leveranciers bij facturatievragen
  • Voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes en ondersteuning bij afsluitingen
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij het opstellen van financiële rapporteringen en analyses
  • Andere ad hoc (administratieve) taken ter ondersteuning van het team

Jouw profiel

  • Je kan terugvallen op een achtergrond binnen de boekhouding qua opleiding - Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen de operationele boekhouding is een must en vooral de ambitie om extra taken op te nemen
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, maar ook een woordje Frans is je niet vreemd
  • Teamplayer die graag samenwerkt met de collega's, stressbestendig en proactief is
  • Een goede basis Excel komt ook van pas
