At LEAD, we work with innovative startups every day across deeptech, medtech, life science and B2B SaaS. A strong idea needs an equally strong leader and we’re building a pool of entrepreneurial people ready to step into CEO or co-founder operational roles when the right company arises.

What the opportunity involves

Each company is different, but typical expectations include:

  • Full ownership of the commercial and operational roadmap from day one
  • Close collaboration with an existing technical team that has built a working product or prototype
  • Responsibility for strategy, fundraising, partnerships, recruitment and first customers
  • Hands-on leadership in recruiting and shaping the founding team culture

  • Adaptability: Able to change task quickly, prioritise under uncertainty and thrive in fast-moving environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable taking ownership, making high-impact decisions and building from scratch
