The posting

1、负责 AIDC 电源产品（服务器电源 / 高压直流电源等）硬件方案设计，完成原理图设计、PCB 布局指导及评审； 2、负责功率电路设计，包括 PFC、LLC、DC-DC 等拓扑方案选型，功率器件（SiC/GaN/MOSFET）选型与驱动电路设计，磁性器件设计； 3、负责样机硬件调试与验证，完成电气性能、热、EMC 等测试，定位并解决调试过程中的硬件问题； 4、参与产品需求分析，将客户需求转化为硬件设计方案，输出设计文档、测试报告等； 5、负责器件选型、BOM 维护与成本控制，支持产品量产导入及生产问题分析； 6、与软件、结构、测试团队协同开发，支持售后硬件问题的分析与闭环。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程、自动化、电机等相关专业； 2、1-3 年电源或电力电子硬件开发经验（有完整电源产品开发经历者优先）； 3、熟悉 PFC、LLC、Buck/Boost、反激等常用电源拓扑，熟悉功率器件（SiC/GaN/MOSFET/IGBT）应用及驱动电路设计； 4、熟悉磁性元件设计及电源控制环路，能独立完成样机调试与问题定位； 5、熟练使用示波器、功率分析仪、电子负载等测试仪器，了解 EMC、安规设计； 6、熟悉 PCB 设计流程（Altium Designer 等），了解热设计及可靠性设计； 7、有 AIDC / 数据中心电源、服务器电源、充电桩、车载 OBC/DCDC、通信电源等开发经验者优先； 8、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应项目交付节奏。
