1. 制定并执行设备日常维护计划，按照计划对设备进行定期巡检，包括设备的外观检查、运行参数监测、关键部件的磨损情况查看等，详细记录设备运行状态，及时发现潜在问题并进行处理。 2. 完成设备的定期保养工作，如设备的润滑、清洁、紧固、调整等，严格按照设备操作规程和保养手册进行操作，更换设备的易损件和消耗品，如皮带、滤芯、轴承等，保证设备的性能和精度。 3. 参与设备的年度检修工作，协助外部检修团队对设备进行全面检查、测试和维修，提出设备维护方面的建议和意见，负责检修后的设备调试和验收工作，确保设备检修后能正常投入使用。 4. 在设备出现故障时，迅速响应并赶赴现场，通过观察、听声、测量等多种手段，快速准确地定位故障源，分析故障产生的原因。 5. 制定合理有效的故障处理方案，组织实施设备的维修工作，合理安排维修时间和资源，尽量减少设备停机时 6. 记录设备故障发生的详细情况、处理过程和维修结果，建立设备维修档案，为后续的设备维护和故障分析提供参考依据。 7. 为生产部门提供设备操作和日常维护方面的技术支持，解答操作人员在设备使用过程中遇到的技术问题。

1. 高中 / 中专及以上学历，机械、电气自动化、机电一体化、车辆工程等相关专业优先。 2. 汽车行业/电驱动行业的自动化生产线1年以上工作经验，或其他生产线3年以上经验优先。 3. 良好的沟通能力。
