1、 电力电子、电机、自动化等相关专业； 2、研究生及以上学历，或本科学历3年及以上相关领域工作经验； 3、有良好的电力电子、电气、自动控制、电机控制、可靠性等相关领域理论基础及系统观； 4、熟悉相关产品设计、验证规范，具备相关产品集成验证经验； 5、有良好的中英文文档撰写能力及沟通能力； 6、有一定流程意识和技术管理能力； 7、熟练使用Matlab/Simulink，有ANSYS及其他仿真软件应用经验的优先，有工具链开发经验的优先； 8、熟悉ISO26262标准/有相应开发经验的优先； 9、人品端正，有强烈的学习意愿，良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识。 10、具备信息安全意识； 11、未发生过信息安全事件。
