1、负责管理EMC团队，制定并执行公司电控产品的EMC技术路线与发展规划； 2、负责建立、完善并推行公司级的EMC设计规范、流程及标准，并对关键项目进行技术评审与决策； 3、主导解决产品开发过程中的重大、复杂的EMC技术难题，为团队提供高级技术指导和支持； 4、负责EMC实验室的规划、建设与管理，协调内外部测试资源，确保测试工作的效率与质量； 5、负责与客户、供应商及认证机构进行技术对接，主导EMC相关问题的沟通与汇报； 6、负责团队成员的培养、绩效管理和工作分配，提升团队整体专业能力。 7、保护本岗位负责的信息资产。

1、机电、自动化、电力电子、电磁场与微波技术等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、10年以上汽车电子产品EMC开发经验，其中至少2年团队管理或项目负责人经验； 3、具备深厚的EMC理论与实践经验，精通汽车电子EMC标准与法规，熟悉整车EMC要求； 4、出色的团队领导、跨部门沟通和项目管理能力，能够同时管理和推进多个项目； 5、具备EMC实验室规划或管理经验，对测试设备与系统有深刻理解； 6、优秀的英语沟通及技术文档撰写能力，能够作为技术权威进行客户汇报和技术交流； 7、具备信息安全意识； 8、未发生过信息安全事件。
