The posting

1. 负责建立并发展管理所有电子料供应商梯队并实施公司的供应商战略，根据需求以及物料采购战略进行供应商的开发及选择; 2. 负责供应商商务协议的签定，采购合同、价格协议，加工协议等，供应商资质文件定期维护（代理证、16949证书等）; 3. 负责供应商改进和提高，跟踪项目开发中供应商技术与质量提高与发展计划，以满足公司采购项目的要求; 4. 负责项目开发前期与技术及供应商沟通电子物料选型,协助技术完成BOM; 5. 负责项目指定采购计划，确定正确供应商，制定采购成本与质量要求并实施，解决器件需求,PCB、SMT排产等相关工作,保证项目及时交付，以确保完项目目标; 6. 负责定期维护新项目的定点计划，包括电子料询价、技术评审和供应商审核等准备工作，推动按时完成零部件的定点，确保所有的零件按时完成商务文件和ERP信息; 7. 负责核算项目板卡Bom Cost分析，配合完成项目电子料VAVE工作，优化物料成本，确保项目的经济性; 8. 负责样品订单制定及发放，入库异常物料处理； 9. 负责完成上级交付的其他工作。

1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 电子信息、供应链管理相关专业; 3. 具备5年及以上电子物料采购经验，汽车电子行业采购经验为佳； 4. 具有较强的成本控制和供应商管理能力； 5. 熟悉电子器件品类；PCB产品，熟悉SMT流程; 6. 拥有电子元器件供应商管理常识，以及丰富电子器件资源； 7. 熟悉汽车零部件行业采购模式； 8. 熟悉汽车电子料概论及质量体系等相关知识; 9. 熟悉采购招投标工作流程，具体供应商定点经验，具有一定的前瞻性； 10. 执行能力强，逻辑思维敏捷； 11. 优秀的跨部门沟通能力，较强的商务沟通及谈判技巧; 12. 具有团队协作精神，服从管理，学习能力强； 13. 有较好责任心，良好的职业道德精神和敬业精神。
