1、负责项目硬件设计、原理图设计，PCB layout布局布线； 2、负责项目单板及其功能电路的计算分析、仿真和测试； 3、负责或指导硬件设计文档的撰写与项目交付物的产出； 4、负责项目硬件相关的客户、供应商沟通，以及其他项目对接事宜； 5、负责硬件失效问题的分析、排查以及整改方案推进； 6、负责设计评审、提出改进优化建议并不断的优化平台方案，提升部门积累； 7、负责工具链的建立和导入，提升部门产品开发效率和质量； 8、负责部门内年轻工程师的技术指导和带教。

1、电气工程，电子信息工程，自动化等相关本科及以上学历； 2、8年及以上新能源汽车电控产品硬件开发经验； 3、熟练使用Cadence、LTspice等原理图设计、PCB设计、电路仿真工具； 4、熟悉电力电子、开关电源、PCB/PCBA工艺、EMC等相关知识； 5、熟悉汽车行业质量体系、电控相关国内外标准； 6、主动积极、勤奋努力、团队合作，良好的沟通协调能力、乐于分享并能激励团队人员成长。
