1. 负责电控机械方案设计，评估和实现客户需求； 2. 负责项目执行，把握机械的方向和具体设计的执行，达成各项交付物及目标，确保项目开发进度； 3. 负责电控机械设计阶段评审，针对设计改善意见和建议，给出解决方案及执行落地； 4. 负责关键技术解决方案的开发和管理，提升部门技术Know-How积累； 5. 支持流程改善，制定规范文件及模版； 6. 支持设计工具的建立和导入，提升部门产品开发效率； 7. 主导产品质量问题处理； 8. 负责新产品/技术/标准培训；辅导研发工程师，提升部门人员能力； 9. 参与部门技术发展和技术改进路线，支撑公司新产品开发规划，并组织实施，确保产品技术领先和成功上市； 10. 上级交付的其他工作； 11. 保护本岗位负责的信息资产。

1. 机械、材料、车辆工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 8年以上汽车电子产品设计开发工作经验； 3. 熟悉汽车电子新产品设计开发，熟悉电动汽车高压电控产品； 4. 熟悉机械零件的设计、生产制造工艺及应用，完善的知识储备； 5. 熟悉DFMEA及其方法论，并熟练应用； 6. 了解汽车电控产品技术现状和系统梳理，有深刻解读和批判式评价； 7. 熟练使用Pro/E等3D设计软件； 8. 具备良好的逻辑及沟通能力，能够完成跨部门协调的复杂任务； 9. 具备良好的带教能力，能够引导、启发对方思考，进而激发对方潜力和成长； 10. 具备信息安全意识； 11. 未发生过信息安全事件。
