1. 需求分析与解决方案设计： · 深入生产一线（车间、仓库、品控等），与生产、质量、设备等部门的同事沟通，精准识别业务痛点与数字化需求。 · 将复杂的制造业需求转化为清晰、可行的软件产品需求规格说明书和原型设计。 · 设计兼具用户友好性、可扩展性及高可靠性的软件架构和交互流程。 2. 软件产品全生命周期管理： · 负责制造业相关软件系统（MES、QMS、WMS等）的功能模块设计、开发跟进与迭代优化。 · 编写用户故事、功能定义和验收标准，并管理产品待办列表。 · 协调并驱动开发、测试团队完成产品功能的实现与交付，确保产品符合制造业场景的质量与性能要求。 3. 技术实施与集成： · 主导或参与工业物联网平台、数据采集系统与现有企业系统（如ERP、PLM）的集成方案设计。 · 关注生产数据的可视化，设计并开发能够直观反映生产状态、设备效率和品质指标的看板与报表。 4. 项目管理与跨部门协作： · 管理数字化项目的范围、进度和风险，确保项目目标如期达成。 · 作为技术与业务部门之间的沟通枢纽，确保信息传递准确、高效，推动团队共识。
