核心职责 1. 技术领导与产品开发： - 负责公司新一代高性能、高功率密度OBC和DCDC产品的技术规划、系统架构设计及关键技术路线决策。 - 主导产品需求分析、系统方案设计、详细设计（包括主拓扑选型、磁性元件设计、热仿真、控制策略等）及设计评审。 - 深入理解和协调OBC+DCDC硬件（功率电路、控制电路、EMC）、软件（控制算法、通信、诊断）和结构（热管理、防护、封装） 三大领域的设计与集成，确保产品整体性能最优。 - 领导技术团队解决产品开发过程中的重大技术难题和瓶颈，如效率优化、EMC问题、热管理、可靠性提升等。

2. 项目管理与执行： - 作为项目核心负责人，制定详细的项目计划（时间、资源、预算），并确保项目按节点高质量交付。 - 跨部门协调（采购、生产、测试、质量、供应链等）资源，驱动项目团队高效协作。 - 监控项目风险，提前识别技术、供应链及制造风险，并制定有效的应对策略。 - 向管理层定期汇报项目进展、关键里程碑及资源需求。

3. 团队指导与知识建设： - 指导和培养中级及初级工程师，提升团队整体技术水平。 - 建立和完善车载电源领域的设计规范、开发流程和技术标准。 - 跟踪行业最新技术动态（如SiC/GaN应用、双向充电、V2X等），并主导前瞻性技术预研。

1、教育背景： 电力电子、电气工程、自动化及相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、8年以上 电力电子产品（OBC/DCDC/充电桩/工业电源等）的研发经验； 3、至少5年 在新能源汽车行业（OEM或Tier 1）从事OBC或DCDC开发的经验，并至少主导过2个以上完整的量产项目，对产品的结构、硬件、软件三大领域有深刻理解和整合能力； 4、技术能力： 1）精通高频功率变换拓扑（如LLC， PFC， 移相全桥等）及其控制策略； 2）熟悉汽车级功率器件（SiC， GaN）的应用、磁性元件设计和热设计； 3）深入理解汽车电子可靠性设计、DFMEA、EMC设计与整改流程； 4）熟悉A-SPICE、ISO26262功能安全、ASPICE等汽车电子开发流程和标准者优先。 5、管理能力： 1）出色的项目管理和执行能力，能够熟练运用项目管理工具和方法； 2）卓越的跨部门沟通协调能力、团队领导力和解决问题的能力； 3）结果导向，具备在快节奏、高压力的环境下推动多个项目并行前进的能力。 6、优先考虑： 1）拥有双向OBC、11kW及以上高功率OBC开发经验者； 2）具备与海外团队合作经验或流利的英语沟通能力。
