Deine Aufgaben

Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Investitionen

  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten im B2B-Softwarebereich, einschließlich Zielscreening, erster Kontaktaufnahme und Investitions-Memos – mit aktivem Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Beschleunigung von Recherche und Strukturierung
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks aus Gründern, Intermediären und Branchenkontakten zur Unterstützung der Deal-Originierung in relevanten Sektoren
  • Leitung und Koordination von Due-Diligence-Workstreams, einschließlich Finanzmodellierung, Marktgrößenanalyse, Technologie- und KI-Kapazitätsbewertung sowie Wettbewerbsanalyse
  • Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Investitionsmaterialien für Pipeline-Meetings, IC-Präsentationen und Portfolioreviews
  • Bewertung KI-nativer Geschäftsmodelle und ihrer Unit Economics im Rahmen der Standardinvestitionsbewertung; kritische Validierung von KI-Tool-Outputs und Mitentwicklung skalierbarer analytischer Workflows

Portfoliomanagement unterstützen

  • Betreuung von 1–2 Portfoliounternehmen bei der Umsetzung ihrer Wertschöpfungspläne, einschließlich Reporting, 100-Tage-Initiativen, Organisationsaufbau und M&A-Pipeline-Management
  • Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung von LPAC-Sitzungen, Investorenberichten und anderen GP-Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Nutzung KI-gestützter Analyse-, Kommunikations- und operativer Tools im Portfolio

Zum Aufbau der Firma beitragen

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Investmentteams, einschließlich Entwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und Best Practices
  • Repräsentation von LEA Partners auf Konferenzen, Veranstaltungen und in der Gründer- und Tech-Community
  • Beitrag zu Thought-Leadership-Aktivitäten, wie der Entwicklung von Sektorthesen und Trendanalysen

Dein Profil

  • 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Unternehmensberatung oder einem schnell wachsenden Tech-/SaaS-Unternehmen
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an B2B-Software, Technologie und KI – idealerweise mit praktischer Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten: Finanzmodellierung, Marktanalyse, strukturiertes Denken
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise: proaktiv, eigeninitiativ und komfortabel im Umgang mit Ambiguität
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
  • Teamplayer mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und ausgeprägter Lernbereitschaft
