AI ist fester Bestandteil unserer Investment-Thesis, unserer Due-Diligence-Logik und unserer täglichen Arbeit mit den Portfolio Companies.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Investmentmöglichkeiten, der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen, Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen und Due-Diligence-Prozessen – unter aktivem Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Beschleunigung von Research und Analyse
  • Durchführung von Trend-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen mit aktivem Einsatz von AI-Tools – inkl. kritischer Validierung der Ergebnisse
  • Erstellung von für das Investment-Team
  • Begleitung der Portfoliounternehmen aus Fonds-Sicht (z. B. Dashboards, KPI-Analysen, Financial Modelling) und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Wertsteigerungsstrategien – mit besonderem Fokus auf Produkt-, Tech- und KI-bezogene Hebel
  • Mitarbeit an internen Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres AI-nativen Investment-Workflows (Tooling, Prompts, Playbooks)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Investment-Team und weiteren Fachabteilungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Investment-Managern und weiteren Fachabteilungen

Dein Profil

  • Du absolvierst aktuell einen Masterstudiengang in BWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Software-/AI-Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Studienfach
  • Du verfügst über erste praktische Berufserfahrungen in den Bereichen Investment Banking / M&A, Private Equity, Unternehmensberatung, oder einem schnell wachsenden Tech- oder Start-up-Umfeld mit nachweisbarem AI-Builder Track Record
  • Du arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Branchen und Technologien ein, denkst unternehmerisch und bringst echte Neugier auf die Frage mit, wie AI Märkte und Unternehmen verändert
  • Du bringst ein Grundverständnis von SaaS-Metriken, Produktarchitektur und Tech Stacks mit, kannst Produktqualität, Roadmap-Plausibilität und technische Risiken einordnen und fühlst Dich wohl beim Lesen von Produktdemos und technischen Dokumenten im DD-Kontext
  • Du bist analytisch, strukturiert und arbeitest eigenständig – mit ausgeprägter Neugier und einer Ownership-Mentalität, die Themen bis zur vollständigen Umsetzung trägt
  • Du nutzt AI-Tools systematisch in Research, Analyse und Dokumentation – kennst aber auch ihre Grenzen und validierst Outputs kritisch
  • Du hast sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel und PowerPoint) und erste Erfahrung mit Finanzmodellen
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse mit
