The posting

What is the role about?

As part of the Operations department, the successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for customers with service-related requests, technical questions, or administrative needs.

They will assess the customer’s situation, gather the necessary information, respond to routine inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams when specialized expertise is required. They will remain responsible for following up and maintaining clear communication with the customer until the request has been resolved.

The role is expected to evolve alongside our customer service model. The successful candidate may progressively assume broader cross-functional responsibilities, develop knowledge across several areas, and coordinate requests involving different teams while maintaining a consistent and personalized relationship with the customer.

We are therefore looking for someone who can respond to the current needs of the position while also demonstrating the agility, judgment, and potential required to grow with the role.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive technical and non-technical customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and the ticketing system.
  • Gather the information required to understand the customer’s situation and needs.
  • Analyze, categorize, and prioritize requests based on their nature, urgency, and potential impact.
  • Resolve routine inquiries using available procedures, systems, and internal resources.
  • Route requests requiring specialized expertise to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain ownership and visibility of assigned tickets until resolution.
  • Follow up with internal teams and keep customers informed of the progress of their requests.
  • Recognize situations involving multiple issues or requiring the involvement of different departments.
  • Escalate urgent, complex, or unresolved situations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Build professional, consistent, and personalized relationships with customers that go beyond simply completing a transaction.
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience by identifying recurring issues, documentation gaps, and process improvement opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

  • A dynamic, curious, and resourceful person who can learn quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect information from different sources.
  • Sound judgment to understand the customer’s situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
  • The ability to understand technological concepts and a strong interest in learning about technical products and services.
  • A genuine customer-focused mindset and a desire to build trusted relationships rather than simply process transactions.
  • A strong sense of ownership and follow-through to ensure that no request remains unanswered.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and work in an evolving environment.
  • Experience in customer service, service coordination, or another customer-facing role.
  • Experience in technology, telecommunications, hosting, cloud services, or infrastructure is an asset.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system, CRM, or customer service management platform is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.

Benefits include

  • Participation in the company’s annual bonus program.
  • Group RRSP with employer contributions.
  • Internet allowance.
  • Hybrid work policy, with a maximum of two days per week working from home.
  • Four weeks of vacation plus five floating days per year.
  • Group insurance, telemedicine services, and a healthcare spending account.
  • Dinner allowance when working at the office, free parking, and fresh fruit available at the office.
  • A personalized learning platform offering a variety of courses and training opportunities.
  • Fun events throughout the year.
  • A multicultural work environment—our colleagues come from more than 60 countries—within a company where you can truly make a difference.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
