Filiale de 3S Facility Group SA et historiquement active dans le domaine du Facility Management et Consulting (maintenance technique des infrastructures et services d’ingénierie conseils), Leatech bénéficie aujourd’hui des synergies stratégiques du groupe 3S Facility qui lui permettent d’élargir son offre et proposer des offres globales. Grâce à cette intégration, Leatech est en mesure de répondre aux besoins des entreprises recherchant une offre complète de Facility Management, englobant tous les services de gestion, d’entretien et d’optimisation de leurs infrastructures. Cette approche intégrée garantit efficacité, cohérence et simplicité pour tous les clients (bureaux, conciergeries, centres commerciaux, parking, industrie, agro\-alimentaire, santé…)

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Technio\-commercial (H/F), basé à \-sur\-Glâne et directement rattaché à la Responsable commerciale du groupe.

Missions principales : --------------------------

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le chiffrage des appels d’offres et des devis, tout en participant activement au développement commercial et à la mise en œuvre des contrats en collaboration avec les équipes d’exploitation. Vos responsabilités incluent :

Offres et :

  • Réaliser les études techniques, vérifier la faisabilité et rédiger des offres commerciales adaptées (métrage, chiffrage, proposition d’organisations optimisées).
  • Participer activement aux appels d’offres pour des contrats multi\-sites et grands comptes.
  • Présenter les offres aux clients et assurer leur validation dans le respect des processus internes.

Collaboration avec l’exploitation :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’exploitation pour garantir la mise en œuvre des contrats et la satisfaction client.
  • Proposer des organisations optimisées pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients.

Développement commercial :

  • Identifier les besoins des clients et prospects, proposer des solutions adaptées dans un contexte concurrentiel.
  • Prospecter activement pour développer le portefeuille clients sur Fribourg et ses environs.
  • Participer à des rendez\-vous clients pour présenter les services du groupe.

Reporting :

  • Assurer un suivi régulier des devis et offres via un reporting hebdomadaire.
  • Maintenir à jour les données de la Balance commerciale

Profil recherché : -----------------------

  • Formation commerciale et/ou technique
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine de la propreté ou des services associés (conciergerie, travaux spéciaux, maintenance technique …).
  • Connaissance du tissu économique Fribourgeois et forte capacité à réseauter.
  • Dynamique, rigoureux, avec un excellent esprit de synthèse et une aisance relationnelle.
  • Orienté solutions, autonome, et doté d’un talent de négociateur.
  • çais langue maternelle ou niveau C1 ; l’allemand est un atout.
