Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur Cellule Fraude, vous aurez pour mission la lutte contre la fraude et en être le garant pour l'ensemble de la société.

Job responsabilities

Vos principales missions consisteront à: - Traiter de manière quotidienne les activités sujettes à la fraude. - Traiter de manière quotidienne les cas avérés de fraude. - Savoir identifier les nouveaux comportements frauduleux afin de les remonter au superviseur. - Devenir un expert en matière de détection de fraude. - Mettre en œuvre les moyens mis à disposition pour garantir un contenu de qualité en ligne.

Vous êtes le ou la garante de la sécurisation de nos utilisateurs. Vous oeuvrez pour une meilleure expérience utilisateur chez Leboncoin. C'est pour vous un moteur essentiel au quotidien.

Job requirements

Profil requis et atouts : - Vous avez une sensibilité pour le monde internet. - Vous savez concilier quantité et qualité, être réactif et intuitif, et prioriser vos tâches selon l’urgence. - Vous avez des qualités de détective : curieux, pointilleux, logique avec un excellent sens de l'analyse. - Vous savez vous adapter à un environnement changeant de manière constante : la réalité d'aujourd'hui n'est pas nécessairement celle de demain. - Vous savez proposer des optimisations de traitements opérationnels. - Vous savez être autonome et faire des propositions en lien avec votre métier. - Vous savez synthétiser et partager vos investigations et découvertes avec votre manager. - Vous vous satisfaites du travail de l'ombre et sans fin.
