Notre réseau de boutiques se développe rapidement en France et nous recherchons notre futur(e) Chargé(e) de Maintenance Retail pour accompagner nos magasins au quotidien.

Votre rôle : être le point de contact des équipes magasins sur les sujets de maintenance et coordonner les interventions nécessaires avec nos prestataires.

🔧 Vos missions

Au quotidien, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • réceptionner et prioriser les demandes de maintenance des magasins ;
  • organiser et suivre les interventions jusqu’à leur résolution, en veillant à la qualité des prestations réalisées ;
  • rechercher, sélectionner et coordonner les prestataires ;
  • demander, comparer et négocier les devis ;
  • suivre les coûts et les délais des interventions ;
  • développer progressivement la maintenance préventive du réseau ;
  • suivre les principaux contrats de maintenance et contrôles périodiques ;
  • accompagner les problématiques techniques liées aux ouvertures de nouvelles boutiques ;
  • assurer une communication régulière avec les équipes magasins sur leurs remontées terrain et les problématiques de maintenance ;
  • maintenir une vision globale de l’état du parc de magasins et des principaux besoins de maintenance.

Les sujets peuvent être très variés : climatisation, électricité, plomberie, serrurerie, rideaux métalliques, mobilier, enseignes ou petits travaux.

👤 Votre profil

Vous avez déjà une première expérience en maintenance multisites, coordination technique, services généraux ou gestion de prestataires, idéalement dans le retail ou dans un environnement disposant d’un réseau de sites.

Nous recherchons surtout une personne :

  • organisée et réactive ;
  • capable de gérer plusieurs demandes en parallèle et de prioriser les urgences ;
  • à l’aise avec les prestataires, les devis et le suivi des coûts ;
  • autonome et orientée solutions ;
  • avec un vrai sens du service auprès des équipes terrain.

Pas besoin d’être vous-même technicien(ne) : vous devez surtout être capable de comprendre le problème, trouver le bon interlocuteur et faire avancer le dossier jusqu’à sa résolution.

La maîtrise d’Excel est appréciée.

La maîtrise de l’anglais et/ou de l’italien est un plus.

Des déplacements réguliers dans nos boutiques sont à prévoir.
