Job Description

Just imagine transforming ambitious 3D concepts into immersive retail fixtures that shape how people experience the LEGO® brand around the world. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Retail Fixtures Development Manager, you'll help develop and transform our store spaces by turning creative concepts into durable, production-ready retail solutions. You'll act as the technical bridge between design teams, external partners, and supply chain stakeholders, guiding fixture development from concept through prototyping and production handover. Your focus will be on creating premium fixtures that withstand high-traffic environments while integrating features such as lighting and display screens.

Required Qualifications

  • Led retail fixture development or project management work within premium, high-traffic retail environments for 5+ years.
  • Applied manufacturing techniques including CNC machining, metal fabrication, or acrylic bonding when developing retail fixtures.
  • Managed global or regional retail fixture suppliers across complex retail channels.
  • Integrated AV hardware, lighting, or dynamic visual elements into retail fixture solutions.
  • Owned technical drawing packages, version control processes, product lifecycle records, and central asset management systems.

What you'll build

  • Lead fixture development projects from design brief through prototype approval and production handover.
  • Translate creative concepts into robust, production-ready fixture solutions.
  • Drive value engineering decisions that balance cost, quality, sustainability, modularity, and design intent.
  • Support lifecycle planning from manufacture and installation through maintenance, refurbishment, and end of life.
  • Manage supplier performance, governance, quality, compliance, and cost across the network.
  • Lead production handovers by providing complete technical packages and quality requirements to supply chain partners.

If you've worked in a role where you transformed design concepts into scalable retail fixtures, coordinated prototypes with manufacturing partners, and supported production rollouts, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect creative intent, technical development, and supply chain execution while maintaining premium quality standards.

Life on the team

Global Retail Design helps shape how people experience the LEGO® brand in stores worldwide. You'll work alongside creative, technical, supplier, and supply chain teams to turn ambitious ideas into reliable retail solutions. We work collaboratively across disciplines and markets, valuing practical problem-solving, clear communication, curiosity, and a commitment to quality at every stage of development.

What success looks like

You'll become the trusted link between design ambition and real-world execution, guiding complex fixture programs while maintaining quality, cost, durability, and performance. Success means creating scalable solutions that support both exceptional shopper experiences and day-to-day store operations. You'll work closely with designers, suppliers, Compliance, Health & Safety, technology, operations, procurement, logistics, and Global Supply Chain teams as you help shape the future of retail environments.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
