Job Description

Coordinar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las acciones de Trade Marketing de Legrand y BTicino en los diferentes canales comerciales, asegurando la correcta implementación de campañas, visibilidad de marca, materiales en el punto de venta, capacitaciones y eventos, así como la medición de resultados y el cumplimiento de los planes y presupuestos establecidos.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinar y realizar seguimiento al plan anual de Trade Marketing, cronogramas de activaciones y campañas por canal comercial.
  • Gestionar la implementación y mantenimiento de material POP, exhibidores, señalización, branding y espacios de marca en distribuidores y puntos de venta.
  • Coordinar con el equipo Comercial y los responsables de cada canal la ejecución de promociones, campañas y acciones de visibilidad en el punto de venta.
  • Organizar capacitaciones técnicas y comerciales presenciales y virtuales para distribuidores, vendedores, instaladores y otros públicos del canal: convocatorias, materiales y registro de asistencia.
  • Coordinar la logística de ferias, eventos comerciales, activaciones y demostraciones de producto, incluyendo proveedores, cotizaciones, materiales y evidencias.
  • Realizar visitas y seguimiento a puntos de venta para verificar exhibiciones, disponibilidad y correcta implementación de materiales y campañas; registrar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Dar seguimiento al presupuesto de Trade Marketing, cotizaciones, órdenes de compra, entregas y cumplimiento de proveedores.
  • Consolidar y analizar indicadores de gestión (KPI) de Trade Marketing: cobertura de puntos de venta, ejecución de campañas, asistencia a capacitaciones, inversión y resultados.
  • Elaborar reportes, presentaciones y registros fotográficos de las acciones realizadas, identificando aprendizajes y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Mantener actualizados los cronogramas, inventarios de merchandising y material POP, bases de datos, artes y documentación de Trade Marketing en las carpetas compartidas.

Qualifications

  • Bachiller en Marketing, Administración, Comunicaciones o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Trade Marketing, marketing comercial, ejecución en punto de venta o funciones afines.
  • Conocimiento de inglés a nivel intermedio, Office nivel intermedio.
  • Competencias: Organización y planificación, orientación a resultados, capacidad analítica, negociación, coordinación transversal, proactividad, atención al detalle y trabajo en equipo.
