Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Kanzlei-Infrastruktur (z. B. DATEV, DMS, Unternehmen online)
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen bei Mandanten
  • Einrichtung und Optimierung digitaler Workflows und Schnittstellen zwischen Softwarelösungen
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitenden und Mandanten im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Technischer Support für Kanzlei und Mandanten (Hard- und Software)
  • Umsetzung von Datenschutz- und Datensicherheitsanforderungen im IT-Bereich
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Steuerfachteam, IT-Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt, idealerweise mit der Weiterbildung zum zertifizierten Fibutroniker oder Fachassistent Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse (m/w/d)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV-Anwendungen, Microsoft 365 und digitalen Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
  • Technisches Verständnis für Kanzlei- und Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung gegenüber Mandanten und Kollegen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei oder im beratungsnahen IT-Umfeld
