I compiti principali :

Farai parte del team di Direzione dell'hotel e parteciperai alle decisioni operative chiave. Sarai garante del buon svolgimento delle operazioni relative al servizio di reception, sotto la responsabilità del Responsabile delle Operazioni.

  • Essere l'ambasciatore/ambasciatrice di Casa Monti presso i clienti e i partner e avere una conoscenza approfondita dell'ambiente romano (quartiere Monti).
  • Supervisionare il team di Receptionist e Facchino, e monitorare le loro performance.
  • In assenza del servizio prenotazioni, gestire le richieste di prenotazione.
  • Verificare e seguire tutte le prenotazioni.
  • Fidelizzare i clienti esistenti e assicurare la soddisfazione dei nuovi clienti.
  • Assicurare il monitoraggio, l'elaborazione e la risoluzione delle controversie con i clienti in stretta collaborazione con i superiori gerarchici.
  • Gestire i turni del Front Office.
  • Assicurare la formazione dei team del Front Office.
  • Effettuare le visite della struttura ai professionisti e ai clienti.
  • Vigilare sul rispetto, l'aggiornamento e l'ottimizzazione delle procedure del Front Office.
  • Controllare e monitorare i conti debitori.
  • Sviluppare il fatturato dell'hotel tramite azioni di upselling.
  • Garantire la corretta gestione della cassa, delle chiusure giornaliere e delle fatture di commissione.
  • Gestire, motivare e organizzare il lavoro dei team al fine di ottimizzare la soddisfazione dei clienti.
  • Partecipare e animare le riunioni dei Capo Servizio.
  • Garantire l'accoglienza dei clienti e l'assegnazione delle camere, in stretta collaborazione con il servizio Housekeeping

Competenze richieste :

L'ideale è avere una formazione nel settore alberghiero e un'esperienza di successo in una posizione simile. La conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e il senso del servizio al cliente sono essenziali per questa posizione.

È essenziale un'ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici.

Lavorerete direttamente o in modo interfunzionale con tutti i reparti dell'hotel. Dovrai dimostrare spirito di squadra e reattività per garantire il buon funzionamento della struttura e la soddisfazione dei clienti.
