I suoi tre spazi per il soggiorno e la ristorazione si integrano perfettamente con l'ambiente circostante.

  • Il ristorante si estende su una terrazza e prosegue all'interno, affiancando un patio con una fontana e alcuni tavoli, offrendo un menu che celebra la tradizione culinaria italiana.
  • Accanto, un bar-caffetteria crea un'atmosfera accogliente con tonalità scure e cremose, impreziosite da design in travertino italiano.

I compiti principali :

Alle dipendenze del Front Office Manager, avrai i seguenti compiti:

  • Essere l'ambasciatore di Casa Monti presso clienti e partner e avere una conoscenza approfondita dell'ambiente della nostra struttura.
  • Gestire le richieste di prenotazione OTA, dirette e di gruppo.
  • Garantire un servizio telefonico di alta qualità e il rispetto di tutti gli standard stabiliti dall'hotel.
  • Contribuire a ottimizzare il tasso di occupazione dell'hotel in linea con la politica commerciale dell'hotel.
  • Ricevere le chiamate dei clienti e fornire informazioni sui vari servizi dell'hotel.
  • Monitorare le commissioni.
  • Mantenere uno stretto contatto con la reception e trasmettere le informazioni al Front Office Manager.
  • Sviluppare le vendite dell'hotel attraverso azioni di upselling e cross-selling.
  • Effettuare controlli regolari sui file di prenotazione e verificare la validità delle garanzie fornite.
  • Gestire gli imprevisti e proporre soluzioni adeguate in stretta collaborazione con i responsabili di linea.

Competenze richieste :

L'ideale è avere una formazione nel settore alberghiero e un'esperienza di successo in una posizione simile. La conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e il senso del servizio al cliente sono essenziali per questa posizione.

È essenziale un'ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici.

Lavorerete direttamente o in modo interfunzionale con tutti i reparti dell'hotel. Dovrai dimostrare spirito di squadra e reattività per garantire il buon funzionamento della struttura e la soddisfazione dei clienti.
