Le Cœur de Megève est un boutique-hôtel emblématique jouissant d’un emplacement exceptionnel en plein centre du célèbre village éponyme. Réouvert en 2018 à la suite d’une rénovation complète, le lieu célèbre l’art de vivre et se compose de 38 chambres et suites à la décoration contemporaine et chaleureuse, de plusieurs espaces de restauration chics et cosy, et d’un spa proposant des soins bios et naturels. Ouvert à l’année, il accueille une clientèle fidèle et curieuse au gré des saisons.

LEITMOTIV HOTELS

Leitmotiv est un groupe familial d’hôtellerie de luxe, propriétaire et exploitant de boutique-hôtels lifestyle à forte identité. Basé à Paris, notre groupe rayonne aujourd’hui avec 183 chambres réparties sur quatre établissements en France et en Italie.

Fondé par la famille Kampf en 2017, Leitmotiv orchestre une interprétation contemporaine du luxe et de l’hospitalité. Vos missions principales

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Réception, vous devrez effectuer les tâches décrites ci-dessous afin d’assurer un moment inoubliable à chacun de nos clients

  • Fidéliser la clientèle et gagner la satisfaction des nouveaux clients.
  • Assurer le nettoyage du Spa et la mise en place des cabines de soin.
  • Être à l’écoute des clients et répondre au mieux à leurs besoins.
  • Pratiquer les soins selon les protocoles et les fiches techniques établies (Renata França)
  • Assurer la promotion, le conseil et la vente des produits du spa.
  • Participer à l’encaissement des clients et les clôtures de caisses journalières.
  • Veiller à la gestion des stocks des produits vente et des produits professionnels.
  • Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité du Spa.
  • Apporter son aide à la réalisation des inventaires mensuels et de fin de saison
  • Répondre aux demandes de rendez-vous et optimiser le planning des réservations en étroite collaboration avec la réception de l'hôtel

Compétences requises :

Vous êtes idéalement issu d’une formation en esthétique et avez une première expérience réussie d’au moins deux ans sur un poste similaire. La maîtrise des techniques de soin et la relation client sont indispensables pour ce poste.

De façon directe ou transverse, vous serez amené à travailler avec l’ensemble des services de l’hôtel. Vous devez donc faire preuve d’esprit d’équipe et de réactivité pour garantir le bon fonctionnement général de l’établissement et satisfaire au mieux nos clients.
