  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter: innen bei IT-Fragen
  • Du übernimmst die telefonische, schriftliche als auch persönliche IT-Unterstützung und arbeitest dabei mit einem modernen Ticketsystem (ITSM-Tool)
  • Du unterstützt bei der Beschaffung und bei der Bereitstellung von Hard- und Software
  • Wir freuen uns über deine Mitarbeit bei aktuellen und künftigen IT-Projekten

  • Du bist HTL/HAK Absolvent:in mit IT-Schwerpunkt bzw. hast einen Lehrabschluss als EDV-Techniker:in
  • Du hast bereits 2 - 3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support bzw Servicedesk
  • Eigenmotivation und selbstständige Arbeitsweise (nach einer umfangreichen Einschulung) sind die besten Voraussetzungen für diesen Job
  • Eine Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und Teamarbeit sind uns wichtig
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) sind für diese Aufgaben ein wichtiges Rüstzeug
  • Mit einer Reisebereitschaft in geringem Ausmaß hast du die Möglichkeit, die Kolleg:innen an anderen Standorten kennenzulernen
