  • Organisieren ist deine Leidenschaft, daher behältst du stets die Übersicht über anfallende Termine und Reisetätigkeiten
  • Du koordinierst die schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation und übernimmst die professionelle Korrespondenz mit Kolleg:innen, Klient:innen und Behörden
  • Du erstellst Honorarnoten in BMD und Advokat zuverlässig und gewissenhaft
  • Du verantwortest die Postverwaltung sowie die laufende E-Mail-Korrespondenz
  • Du überwachst Fristen, führst die Aktenpflege sorgfältig durch und sorgst für eine strukturierte Dokumentenverwaltung

  • Deine Abgeschlossene Lehre oder Matura hast du in der Tasche
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einer administrativen Bürotätigkeit oder idealerweise sogar schon in einer Kanzlei (Steuerberatung/Rechtsanwaltschaft)
  • Du bringst Deutschkenntnisse auf mind. C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift mit
  • Dich zeichnen Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Serviceorientierung aus
  • Das Wichtigste: Motivation, Freude und Spaß an deinem Job!
