岗位职责： 1.负责团课供应链调度策略、供需策略、匹配策略，提效策略等的优化和迭代，最终实现用户满意、效率提升及履约成本下降； 2.负责承接总部业务策略，且高效落地，同时能够基于城市用户需求差异，制定有效的差异化运营策略并协同和管理城市团队高效执行落地； 3.负责业务的运营数据分析，围绕业务关键环节，对核心业务指标进行日常监控和分析，提出业务改善意见； 4.处理业务在实际落地中出现的教练成长、多元化发展、品牌化等的各种问题，并深入沟通、汇总后改善供应链方案；

任职要求： 1.本科以上学历，3年以上运营相关从业经验，有O2O、即时服务、复杂服务行业经验者优先； 2.具备成熟的商户运营经验和方法，有过运营商家经验； 3.具备良好的沟通能力，能够全面看问题，逻辑清晰，具备成熟的数据分析能力、发现问题及提供解决方案能力； 4.具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，有过复杂项目的管理经验，能够出色的协调资源，解决难点，带领项目成功； 5.善于团队合作，自驱性强，愿意接受挑战。 具备以下优先： 有S2B2C商家运营经验者优先
