【岗位职责】 1、全体系标准化搭建：主导新品牌健身场馆全国门店标准化运营体系从 0 到 1 的规划与落地，编写、迭代并维护涵盖门店运营、客户服务、销售流程、安全管理、环境管理等全模块的 SOP 手册，确保体系的完整性与可执行性。 2、流程精益化优化：通过数据分析与一线调研，持续诊断现有运营流程的效率瓶颈与品质风险点，运用流程再造方法论实施优化，提升人效与用户体验，降低运营成本。 3、标准落地与监督：联动培训部门将 SOP 转化为标准化培训课程与考核体系，推动门店全员掌握执行要点；建立神秘客户暗访与内部审计机制，量化评估标准落地成效，对偏差问题制定整改方案并跟踪闭环。 4、知识沉淀与复制：搭建门店知识管理体系，深度挖掘并沉淀各地最佳实践，形成可复制的案例库与操作模板，推动优秀经验在全国门店快速复用，实现运营能力的规模化提升。 5、新店标准化支持：统筹新门店筹建期的标准化衔接工作，输出包含流程指引、物料清单、验收标准的开业支持包，确保新店从开业即符合品牌统一标准。 6、数字化工具协同：协同 IT 部门将核心 SOP 流程嵌入线下运营管理系统，通过工具功能固化标准执行节点，实现流程数字化追踪与自动化提醒，提升标准落地效率。 7、全旅程体验设计&体验品质量化管理：绘制用户从 “认知 - 到访 - 体验 - 成交 - 复购 - 口碑传播” 的全生命周期旅程图，搭建并迭代用户体验指标体系（含 NPS、CSAT 等核心指标），通过门店实地监测与数据追踪，精准定位各关键触点的体验短板与优化机会，设计创新性体验解决方案，提升用户全程体验流畅度与满意度。

【任职要求】 1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，管理学、工业工程、运营管理等相关专业优先。 2、工作经验：5 年以上连锁零售、酒店、餐饮或服务业总部标准化体系搭建、流程优化经验，具备精益六西格玛等方法论实践经历者优先。 3、核心能力：​ -体系搭建：擅长系统化梳理业务模块，具备从 0 到 1 构建标准化体系的能力，文档编写逻辑严谨、细节把控到位；​ -落地推动：优秀的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，能强势协调资源推动标准在运营端的深度落地；​ -数据驱动：具备出色的数据分析能力，可通过数据量化标准化带来的效率提升与品质改善成果。 4、综合素质：结果导向明确，拥有较强的目标拆解与执行力；熟悉标准化体系全生命周期管理（建立 - 推行 - 审核 - 迭代），能适应快节奏业务场景。
