【岗位核心解决问题】 聚焦乐刻千万级会员体系，以 C 端拉新为核心，打通 “注册 - 到店 - 首单 - 会员转化” 全链路，通过渠道协同、数据驱动与产品化优化，提升流量效率与用户生命周期价值，实现付费用户规模与转化率的双重增长。 【岗位职责】 1、负责 C 端拉新及转化全链路运营，涵盖注册用户到店引导、首单转化、会员权益运营及流失用户召回，对核心指标（转化率、付费用户规模）直接负责；​ 2、统筹多拉新渠道的协同运营，基于数据分析与用户需求洞察，制定并落地流量效率优化策略，提升渠道 ROI；​ 3、搭建用户增长数据漏斗模型，精准分析各环节转化瓶颈，具备产品化思维，提出可落地的优化方案并推动实施；​ 4、联动内外部资源，优化拉新运营流程与会员权益体系，持续提升用户拉新效率与留存质量。

【任职资格】 1、本科及以上学历，5 年及以上 C 端用户运营、拉新增长或相关领域工作经验，目标感强，具备主动推进业务的落地能力； 2、拥有付费会员体系运营经验者优先，具备互联网运营、O2O 运营、零售行业运营经验者加分； 3、数据敏感度高，能熟练使用 SQL 进行数据提取与分析，具备独立通过数据洞察问题、优化策略的能力； 4、具备产品化思考能力，能结合行业趋势与用户需求，提出产品优化建议并推动跨部门落地； 5、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力与抗压能力，适应扁平化管理模式，追求业务突破与个人成长。
