岗位职责 - 安全风险评估与识别 - 深入分析企业业务场景，识别潜在的安全风险与威胁点 - 定期开展安全评估，输出风险评估报告与改进建议 - 跟踪最新安全威胁态势，及时预警高风险场景 - 羊毛党识别与风控体系建设 - 羊毛党行为分析：识别刷单、薅羊毛、虚假注册、恶意刷券等黑产行为特征 - 风控策略设计：基于业务场景设计反欺诈、反作弊风控策略与规则 - 安全方案设计及安全服务商对接 - 根据企业实际需求，设计安全防护方案，选择合适的安全产品组合 - 对接安全产品厂商与服务商，协调技术交流、产品演示、POC测试，确保服务质量与交付效果 - 协调内外部资源，推动安全项目的落地实施 - 企业防护体系建设 - 参与制定企业安全策略与防护标准 - 协助构建多层次、立体化的安全防护体系 - 定期评估防护体系的有效性，提出优化建议 - 安全培训与意识提升 - 组织安全培训，提升员工安全意识 - 编写安全操作手册与最佳实践指南 任职要求

必备条件 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、网络工程等相关专业 - 3年以上互联网安全相关工作经验 - 熟悉互联网安全技术体系，了解常见攻击手法与防护措施 - 对市面上主流安全产品有深入了解，能够准确判断其适用场景 - 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与技术团队、业务部门、外部厂商有效协作 - 具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术、新产品

加分项 - 熟悉云安全（阿里云、腾讯云、AWS等）产品与架构 - 了解数据安全、隐私保护相关法规（如《网络安全法》《数据安全法》） - 具备项目管理经验，能够独立负责安全项目 - AI应用能力：熟练使用AI工具辅助安全分析、风险识别、报告生成等工作，具备Prompt工程能力
