【岗位核心解决问题】 1、岗位定位在二级部门（优化训练中心负责人）负责人； 2、核心解决零售业务体系内店长至运营总监层级领导力与专业力提升及人才梯队建设问题，保障培训对业务绩效的正向赋能。 3、主要负责锚定公司零售战略搭建并优化分层级培训体系，牵头核心课程开发与迭代，统筹培训项目落地及内部讲师团队管理，建立科学的培训效果评估机制。 【岗位职责】 1、培训体系战略规划与搭建：深入理解公司零售业务战略，诊断店长至运营总监层级的能力差距，制定与之匹配的年度及中长期培训发展规划； 2、主导设计并持续优化覆盖“店长-区域经理-运营总监”的分层级、分阶段的领导力与专业力培训体系； 3、课程开发与内容迭代：牵头开发核心培训课程（如：门店精细化运营、团队管理与激励、数据分析与决策、商圈营销、成本控制、合规风控等），整合内外部优质资源，确保课程内容的实战性、前瞻性和标准化。 4、建立课程评估与迭代机制，基于业务反馈和培训效果，持续更新和升级培训内容与方法。 5、培训项目落地与执行：负责关键培训项目的全流程运营，包括需求调研、方案设计、讲师协调、现场实施及后期跟进。 6、选拔、培养和管理内部讲师团队，激发内部知识沉淀与分享的文化。 7、人才培养与效果评估：建立科学的培训效果评估体系，量化培训对业务绩效的影响。

【任职要求】 1、学历与经验： 本科及以上学历，有大型零售连锁企业培训管理经验优先考虑 2、业务理解： 对一线城市零售业态有深刻理解，熟悉门店运营管理、区域管理的关键流程和核心挑战。 3、专业能力： -体系搭建能力： 精通培训体系构建方法论，能独立完成从需求分析到项目设计落地的全过程。 -卓越的沟通与影响力： 具备出色的跨部门协作能力，能够与业务领导者建立信任，推动培训工作有效落地。 -数据分析能力： 能够通过数据分析衡量培训效果，并驱动培训优化。
