The posting

Leobit is a full-cycle web and mobile application development provider for technology companies and startups primarily located in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. Our technology focus covers .NET, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team.

The Technical Product Manager will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, product leadership, architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to drive modernization initiatives across legacy technology platforms. This role focuses on planning, documenting, coordinating, and executing initiatives that reduce technical debt, improve operational resiliency, and enable the seamless transition to future-state technologies (including loan origination and cloud platform modernization).

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; translate business objectives into PRDs, Epics, user stories, modernization backlogs, and implementation plans
  • Establish and maintain Documentation-as-Code standards using Markdown, Mermaid diagrams, and version-controlled Git repositories. Create Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), Functional Specifications, Application Dependency Maps, Integration Diagrams, and Operational Runbooks
  • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to define current-state and future-state technology roadmaps, prioritize technical debt reduction, and support platform consolidation and migration efforts
  • Leverage Generative AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate documentation, dependency mapping, requirement analysis, and modernization planning
  • Coordinate delivery activities across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and QA teams; facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and deployment readiness reviews
  • Document platform ownership, system dependencies, and operational risks; support application lifecycle management and technology retirement planning

Requirements:

  • At least five years of proven experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, Senior Business Analysis, Systems Architecture, or Technology Consulting
  • Strong experience in supporting legacy application modernisation, digital transformation, cloud migrations, or technology refresh initiatives
  • Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and requirements management quality criteria
  • Practical experience with Documentation-as-Code and Diagram-as-Code methodologies (Markdown, Mermaid, PlantUML, C4 Modeling, Git)
  • Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to accelerate documentation, requirement analysis, and architecture mapping
  • Solid technical understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure)
  • Domain experience in FinTech, Lending, Banking, Financial Services, or SaaS platforms (familiarity with Encompass or mortgage platforms is a strong plus)
  • Exceptional technical writing, analytical thinking, systems thinking, and workshop facilitation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least)

We Offer:

  • Interesting and challenging projects
  • Competitive compensation and regular results-based salary review
  • A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities
  • Comfortable and cozy working environment
  • Motivated colleagues with profound knowledge of the technical field
  • Attractive compensation package

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
