1、负责数字营销相关AI应用的设计与开发。基于LLM/多模态模型等AI能力，进行应用层开发，包括但不限于Prompt工程、Agent构建、RAG检索增强、API封装与调用，以及相关接口设计与维护； 2、快速原型与产品落地。深入理解业务团队需求，将AI能力转化为可落地的产品原型和功能，参与从概念到上线的全流程；持续迭代优化，提升AI效果的体验与性能； 3、技术探索与沉淀。跟踪AI领域（LLM/NLP/多模态/Agent等）最新进展，结合业务场景进行技术调研、原型验证，并形成可复用的方法论和组件库； 4、跨团队协作与培训。与产品、设计、运营团队紧密配合，同时能对业务方进行AI使用培训，推动AI能力在组织内的普及与应用。

1、计算机、人工智能或相关专业硕士及以上学历，编程功底扎实， 2、具备良好的代码规范与文档撰写能力，拥有优秀的问题解决意识及跨部门沟通协作力； 3、掌握Python，熟悉至少一种Web框架（如FastAPI、Flask）；具备扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础； 4、熟悉常见大模型（OpenAI、Claude、Qwen、DeepSeek、Doubao等）的API调用和Prompt工程，具备实际的Prompt调优经验，能够针对业务场景设计高质量的提示词； 5、了解开源AI平台（如Dify、Flowise、ComfyUI等）的基本功能，能基于这些平台进行应用配置、工作流编排和简单二次开发； 6、熟悉FLUX，QWEN-Image，Seedream，Seedance等多模态生成模型的API或WebUI使用； 7、对新技术保持高度敏感，对AI应用落地有热情和好奇心，能适应互联网行业快节奏的项目交付节奏； 8、具备一定的产品思维，能从用户体验和业务价值角度思考AI应用的落地。 9、了解Agent的基本原理与设计模式，熟悉Tools，ReAct和Memory机制优先； 10、了解RAG（检索增强生成）基本原理，有知识库或向量检索经验优先； 11、了解AI应用效果评估的基本方法，有人工评估分析经验优先。
